This song is about feeling okay. In the midst of the fucked up world we live it it's so easy to lose hope that things will get better. I want to fight tooth and nail for a better world but I can't do that if I'm burnt out and don't want to be alive. This song is about taking care of yourself and prioritizing your happiness so you can keep going and keep fighting the good fight. The world will get better one day but until then celebrate the little wins when they come.
